My designs often start as sketches, either analog or digital, but they truly come to life during the carving process. This organic approach gives each design a quirky, unexpected character. Moreover, every print is unique due to the hand-printing technique; the process makes each impression slightly different, giving it an authentic and personal touch.

Bij Studio Jess is more staat het maakproces centraal. Deze passie bracht me jaren geleden bij linosnede. Het proces van het snijden, inkten en afdrukken is direct en intuïtief. Iedere stap biedt ruimte voor verrassingen, wat zorgt voor levendige en unieke ontwerpen.
Mijn ontwerpen beginnen vaak als schetsen, analoog of digitaal, maar komen pas écht tot leven tijdens het uitsnijden. Dit organische proces geeft elk ontwerp een eigenzinnig, onverwacht karakter.
